Health and Kratom offers Free Shipping on every order! If you need it faster, Priority & FedEx Overnight options are available. Please review the shipping information below. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking confirmation (**If you do not receive a tracking number, please be sure to check the spam folder in your email account**).

FedEx - Orders placed before 3PM (PST) will ship the same day. FedEx orders placed after 3PM will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays using the FedEx Overnight option will deliver the following Monday (Unless FedEx is closed – See FedEx Holiday Schedule HERE ( FedEx Saturday Delivery is not available in all locations. If FedEx Saturday Delivery is chosen but not available, your order will deliver the following business day.
USPS - Priority & FREE shipping are shipped the same day when placed before 3PM (PST).
**Your shipment will arrive in a plain cardboard box with a shipping label. The contents are NOT displayed, neither is our company name. Your shipment is completely discreet.
Package theft in America is on the rise. Make sure your package delivery location is secure. In the event of theft from a doorstep or other unsecured location, Health and Kratom cannot be held responsible for any stolen shipments. For customers ordering anything online, we suggest renting a mailbox from a local mailbox store. They’re secure, cheap and allow packages from all courier services. P.O. boxes from the United States Postal Service only accept mail and packages sent through USPS.
**Orders are shipped daily Mon-Fri. We are closed on the weekends, Federal Holidays, Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.
**We only ship U.S. Domestic orders. Sorry we do not ship to TN, IN, WI, VT, AR, AL and the City of San Diego.
Standard Return Policy
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for 100% money back guarantee, excluding shipping and handling costs. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacements we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned for money back. Please keep in mind that if you decide to return our product for your money back you are required to pay for all shipping costs.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging or additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us.

Please fill out a contact form HERE and provide the following information: Your name, your original order number, and the product(s) you are returning. We’ll respond to your email with shipping instructions.
Wrap the package carefully. All return products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the shipping address we’ll provide to you.
Save your return tracking number, and if possible, e-mail it to us so we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
Please note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling or gift-wrap charges. We will issue a full refund for the original purchase.
